Monday – Friday schedule; 7:30 am – 4 pm with no weekends, holidays, or call
Manageable workload of approximately 5 patients per day with built-in administrative time
Primarily therapy-focused role with 70% virtual appointments
Work alongside an interdisciplinary team including providers, nurses, dietitian, and MAs
Patient population includes employees, dependents (age 12 and up), and veterans
Common cases include PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression, and FMLA support
Active, unrestricted Kentucky LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license required
Minimum 5 years of recent individual therapy experience required
