$700k base salary, $100k sign-on/retention bonus, and $15k relocation stipend
50% cardiac / 50% general anesthesia with no trauma and light peds
1:5 – 1:8 call (home-based for cardiac) with post-call day off; no 24-hour double shifts
Comprehensive health, dental, vision, malpractice, 401(k) with profit sharing, $5,500 CME
Fellowship stipend of $2,500/month during training
Fellowship-trained in cardiac anesthesia; BC/BE; team-oriented with strong clinical skills
8 weeks of vacation annually plus protected CME time and generous allowance
