Saturday – Monday PM shifts, with weekday evening shifts from 4 pm onwards
100 – 120 patients per day
10 hours weekly — 40 hours monthly
18 synchronous visits with additional asynchronous encounters
Telemedicine position with virtual care focus
3 visits per hour with breaks between patients
Adult patient population — diabetes, heart health, and weight management
