My client in Montana is seeking a Permanent Laboratory Services Director to join their team. The director will oversee the daily operations of a CLIA-compliant, high complexity laboratory To be considered candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or a related field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology), MLT experience in a lab, and extensive leadership experience. The area offers a family-friendly, small-town community situated on the Yellowstone River. The area has excellent fishing for many warm-water species, including the huge prehistoric paddlefish. The selected candidate will be rewarded with a generous compensation package including base salary, $15k relocation/sign-on/retention bonus, and benefits package.
