Quick Facts

24-hour call coverage — 7+ day stretches required
2 – 3 patient encounters per shift — 2 admissions average
4 phone consults per shift with unassigned patient rounding
Level 1 trauma experience preferred
Advanced endoscopic and laparoscopic surgery capabilities required
Proficiency in robotic surgery and complex urologic procedures
Experience with renal transplant surgery preferred
Comprehensive urologic surgery skills including ESWL and prosthetics
